That's just re-fucking-diculous. I'm glad Threadless' legal team is on it though. Whether their actually defending the rights of their participating artists, or just protecting their t-shirt selling profits, I'm glad something is being done to stop these commercialized dicks. I wouldn't put the sole blame on Hot Topic though, they contract out to lesser companies. But god knows a chain as big as that should have some thorough background checks on their sold products.
